I will lay out a tailored training plan to enable you, to not only hit those targets, but have the knowledge to help you continue to carry on getting fitter and healthier for years to come.
High Intensity Interval Training
I specialise in HIIT training and provide online, group or 1:1 sessions. I am a qualified HIIT instructor and I’m part of THE HIIT COMPANY who are the founders of HIITSTEP, HIITCARDIO and HIITCIRCUITS.
HIIT training is a very efficient way to exercise and may help you burn more calories than you would with other forms of exercise. The calorie burn lasts for hours after the workout.
So if you are short on time and want to get active, consider trying high intensity interval training.
Increase your overall body strength with a selection of online workouts targeting all major muscle groups. Circuit & Body Blast sessions contain a mixture of upper and lower body exercises.
Adapted to all levels of fitness with regressions shown throughout.
Increase your core strength and learn about ‘mind muscle connection’ & ‘time under tension’.
Group sessions
I am a qualified HIITSTEP and HIITCARDIO instructor, delivering fun and challenging sessions for local sports groups and organised events. Each workout will be a circuit style programme targeting specific areas in each session, to help you get healthier, fitter and stronger.
1:1 Personal Training Sessions
I will provide you with your own bespoke programme, containing sets, reps and weights recorded with a view to progressive overload in each session. These sessions are designed to help meet your goals, build confidence and, of course, see results over time, using my years of knowledge.
I will be with you every step of the way and adapt your programme accordingly. Each session is for 1 hour.

Macronutrient Lead Nutritional Plan
Don’t know how many calories you should be consuming for weight loss, maintenance or weight gain?
This is where I will help you hit the correct calorie breakdown. Making sure you get all of the correct macronutrients. Along with this, you will receive a detailed nutritional plan with a selection of healthy meals, a range of eBooks (educational books about eating habits, sleep etc) and delicious recipes. You will learn and become more confident with food for a more sustainable life.
Motivation & Support
Need help to stay on track?
Lacking motivation and positivity?
Whichever plan you sign up for you will receive motivation and support throughout. Remember you have taken the big leap to want to change and I will be with you every step of the way.
For the Silver and Gold package members you will have access to an exclusive private Facebook group, where you can discuss with other community members your progress and other ideas.
Weekly 1:1 Accountability Calls
Every week we will have a 10 minute coaching call to discuss any issues you have had in that week, if you have hit your weekly goals, and talk about the week ahead.
This is an exclusive option for the gold package clients as you will have me every step of the way to guide you through each week of your plan.
Weekly Check-In
Having taken the decision to join one of my plans, you will be accountable for a weekly Check-in. Taking pictures and measurements along the way. I do this to make sure you are on track with your nutrition and lifestyle changes.
